On 29/06/2024, a free eye checkup camp was organized at Samarpan Deep B. Ed. College under the banner of IQAC as an outreach program with the courtesy of Bhagwan Mahavir Eye Hospital Ranchi. Which started with the speech of Dr. Mayuri Bhattacharjee.
In this camp, along with the trainees of session 2022-24 and 2023-25, the members of the management committee, assistant professors and non-teaching staff also got their eyes checked one by one. Apart from this, people around the college also benefited from it.
In making this program successful, Mrityunjay Sharma, Dr. Mayuri Bhattacharya, Shivanand Prasad, Riazul Haque, Juhi Kumari, Dubraj Mahato of Bhagawan Mahavir Eye Hospital, along with the college chairman Abhishek Singh, secretary Naval Kishore Gupta, treasurer Vikas Poddar, management committee members Jitendra Prasad, Vishal Singh and Shailendra Singh, along with the principal-in-charge Dashrath Mahato, assistant professor Dr. Shashi Kumari Tirkey, Leena Kumari, Wasif Shah (program in-charge), Kanhaiya Lal Keshari, Sajit Kumar Mahato (sports teacher), Shalini Sinha, Ritujaya Kerketta along with Kanhai Mahato, Anil Sahu, Dinesh Mahato and Shivraj Bhagat had a special contribution directly and indirectly.
Trainees of sessions 2022-24 and 2023-25 were present in large numbers in this program.
