The faculty-student exchange programme is a collaborative activity between educational institutions, united under a Memorandum of Understanding. This arrangement enables in enhancing healthy relationship between the educational institutes to exchange and upgrade research, teaching, publication, cultural and intellectual aspects.
The benefit of such an exchange program is that the faculty gets exposure to different study environments, shares and learns teaching pedagogy, learns cross-cultural management etc. and brings back benefits through their subsequent contributions to their institutes and the students in turn are benefited from wider exposure .
